If you are a
Crescent Bartending student AND
received a passkey from Crescent then take the Crescent class.
If
your employer gave you a passkey go to the Company Specific Program
link.
If you have taken the course via flash drive, cd or DVD and
only to take the exam use the exam only link.
Lost Cards If you lost a card you may be able to replace it online. First card the office at (702) 367-0027 and they will tell you if it can be replaced online. Then go to Lost Card. The system will require you to set up a user accout if you do not have one. There is no charge for this. Pay for the card. The card will then be mailed out.
